When I wrote "Judy in Vermont" I was confused.
Of course, there is Judy Hayward, of Historic Windsor and Preservation
Education Institute fame (also now organizing workshops for the
Traditional Building conferences).
I was thinking of Amy Johnston. Amy Johnston's book, "What the "Experts"
May Not Tell You About Building or Renovating Your Home" is very good.
http://www.dreamhouseinstitute.com/books/index.html Amy offers project
management services and gives workshop with a Vermont contractor.
