Simon,

MFJ makes two different boxes that allow you to run two radios with a
single mic.  I have the MFJ-1263 which lets you connect either of two mics
to either of two radios.  It costs about $100 here in the U.S.  You can
find a complete description on MFJ's Web site: www.mfj.com.
