Hi Shawn.
Well, it depends upon how you define accessibility. Zone Alarm is not
friendly, and I have found that on some video cards the pop-up boxes cause
some problems with JAWS. I had one on-board video that exhibited this
behavior, but I don't believe that this is a general problem with Zone
Alarm. What I did find was that one had to be a little creative with their
use of the JAWS cursor to use the pop-up boxes, but an experienced JAWS
user could, in fact, operate the software. It was just a little bit of a
nuisance.

P.S. I am running Norton Internet Security now, which has its own
firewall, so I ditched Zone Alarm.
