If the only time the child is going to be driving the car is when one of you
who are blind is with them and the insurance company knows this you surely
should get a better deal.  I did with AAA but they just wouldn't put it in
writing.  Now if the child is going to be driving the car alone; well, that
is a different story and yes, it could cost $4,000 and more.  It's all
determined by statistics.
