Good for you Pat, K9JAU!

Besides this below, what would happen if someone needed to send a distress
signal on his or her HT, and she or he was being robbed or mugged or
something like that, and the only way one could do this was by using one's
DTMF touch-tone pad to send out a distress signal which people could follow
with direction-finding equipment?
