I had to put mine outside, it didn't work in here but it's perfect outside,
looks brand new still.

I never found an outdoor antenna for my Myfi XM receiver, but I have had
good luck with placing the magnetic mount antenna outside the screen of my
living room window. I was told by XM customer service that it would
withstand the weather, and mounting it outside the screen improved
reception tremendously. The key seems to be placing the antenna outside,
and height doesn't seem to matter.
