Hi John.

No, I'm afraid that they don't.  They are engineered to work with Kenwood's
microprocessor controlled radios that were made in the late 1980's and as
such are programmable from the front panel of the radio in question.  The
Tr7400A would probably need one of the Communication Specialists PL boards.
