What comm. port is the radio using? Is the setting for that jack pair set to speaker mike or data?
I think there may be a third setting there as well and that may be where you need to set the setting
for that pair.

Subject: Programming software TH-F6A

I picked up the Kenwood programming cable for the TH-F6A at Dayton and am
attempting to program the radio through the computer. I have been able to
read the radio and store the parameters in the software. When I attempt to
write to the radio I get a communications timeout error. Can anyone help?
