absolutely...i think where many people run into the RFI problems getting
into the mike line is when they buy cheap poorly shielded network cable
which leaks like a siv.
You really have to spend the extra money to get a properly shielded
cable...of course, asking the sales personnel about shielding would be like
asking a cat about calculous....they would give you a stare like your
totally nuts and then sell you something that is crap.
An actual computer parts supply store would probably know what is shielded
and what isn't.
