I use a RAMDISK (AR Soft) on my XP Pro system. It works well, but on boot,
the recycle bin insists on "protecting" this disk. I would prefer to not use
the recycle bin on the RAMDISK. I found a registry entry that controls this
and tried to have the registry updated with each boot. However, even with
this, the setting does not stick till I open the recycle bin settings
dialog. Anyone have any experience with this? In other words, how to NOT use
the recycle bin on certain drives even with removable disks such as the
RAMDISK appears to be.

Thank you for any input.

Peter
