you disable it in administrator settings for the spam, that's completely
different form the chat program just the same name.

Hwo do you use Windows Messinger, and what is the best way to get started
with that?  I have it, and disabled it as soon as I get XP, because of the
spam.  I see it all the time in the system tray.
