The only rf problems I had were with different mics.  The system and mic
ground are reversed on the 480 so if you want to use a different mic such as
the MC-60 with the MJ-88 adapter, you need to have someone reverse pins 3
and 8 from the modular plug in order to get proper grounding.  I had a
friend do that and the things works great now.
