Hi all!
Long story short - my fiance met at Celiac doctor one day while working. He explained to her that I had celiac, followed the diet, yet still got sick once a week. She asked him what I ate/drank and he explained. When he told her I drank at least 1 diet coke a day, she told him that it had gluten and was probably causing the problems. I thought diet coke (coca cola brand) was OK. Please share your advice. I stopped drinking it and feel better, but need a little soda fix once in awhile. I've been having regular coke as I phase out my diet coke addiction. What's the deal with soda?
