Support Group member, Lisa Barella, ran in the 26 mile marathon up Grandfather Mountain during the Highland Games Festival. Congratulations, Lisa.
Delane Armstrong and Lisa joined me for gluten free birthday cake, July 9. If you attend the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games next year let me know in advance and I will have gluten free treats for you at the Johnston Tent.
