Thanks to all who responded to my message about the unpleasant response received from Gavarry
S.p.a. To all who guessed, you're right, they're not an American company. However, they have even
less of an excuse not to be helpful with celiac concerns, as they're Italian, and Italy tends to be
ahead of the US in clieac matters. For those who wanted to write to the company, their web
address is http://gavarry.it/default-eng.asp. We did follow up with them, they basically said that
they didn't care if we thought their response was rude and gave us the usual 'we were letting you
and your doctor reach your own conclusions' spiel. Thanks for all the support.
