I had written down that Frostys are GF. I believe from the Wendy's site and I have seen other postings that say that they are GF but no recent ones.

Now on the Wendy's website, I see Frostys are not listed on the GF list
http://www.wendys.com/food/US_nutrition_topics.jsp#gluten

Did they change the ingredients? I have gotten sick the last two times I ate at Wendy's and thought it was the chili (once before the finger incident and once after!). I was convinced that there was something in the chili that didn't agree with me and that I would have to give it up.

Also does anyone else eat the salsa with the taco salad? I had that as GF and have not had a problem with it but it is excluded from the GF list. I thought maybe it was because of the distilled vinegar issue.

Thanks,
Laurie
