There is a mailing list there to join.  The members are blind folk who use
a mac all the time and mostly have moved from windows.

Someone mentioned that the command line mode doesn't speak, this is not the
case, and in fact if one knows unix or linux and their shells they can use
all the familiar applications there with speech also such as pine and lynx.
The mac runs now on a flavor of unix with the graphical interface running
seamlessly on top.
