Hi Dory:

I've had one "not so good" and one "absolutely horrible" experience
configured / "put together" computer systems. In april of 2004, I purchased
a Dell Dimension 8300, and it has performed like a dream! I couldn't be
happier! I would recommend Dell desktop systems very highly based on my
experience. I've heard that Dell laptops are not nearly as good or reliable,
but I don't know that from personal experience.

John
