This year I used web turboTax www.webturbotax.com It was great. No
problems at all except toward the last step where I had to print my return
and I didn't have the right version of Adobe installed, but I eventually
got it sorted out.
TurboTax might be inaccessible as all get-out, but the web version was
100% accessible. It cost me $9.95 to file. However, I filed pretty early
and I think it now costs $19.95 to file. If you just print it out and
mail it in, I think it might be free.
Later.
