I recently have had to reformat the hard drive on a Dell Precision 330 from Windows NT to  Windows 2000.  I have had to tweak things to make things work, but I have changed something since because the computer now no longer recognize the CD/DVD drive.  It does not show up in the BIOS or in the device manager.  The connections are all in place.  I have tried the ADD HARDWARE wizard to no avail.  The 3.5 drive works.  Please advise.
