Although not particularly accessible in today's terms, the Motorola v600
does allow for that very thing, that is, it permits you to assign a
different sound, some quite agreeable, for different people who call, its
best feature in my opinion. It also has Blue Tooth technology which, of
course, makes it very easy to use in a wireless context with laptops,
something else I like. One can also download mp3 files to the phone although
I have not investigated whether or not these files, once delivered via Blue
Tooth from a pc to the phone, can be used as ring sounds.
