Yes they do still have the telescoping one, I've seen it in catalogs but
it's very expensive, they probably have the others as well.

You know, I am pretty certain the Rohn used to make a telescoping mast.
They even used to make a hand crank up mast and they had standard masts in
various lengths.  I don't know if they make them now any more or not but a
call to Texas Towers, or any number of big tower companies, should yield
that information.
