I doubt you're going to find a list of volunteer examiners anywhere.
THere are a few different accredited volunteer examiner coordinators,
w5yi and arrl being two.  I'm certified with arrl.

Best thing is to find out who runs exam sessions in your area if
you're looking to take a test.
