to talk, just talk, no key to push, and the only reason you'd have to say ok
to anyone is if they add you to the contact list or if you add them than
they have to say OK, but to actually talk to some one, just call them on
skype and talk, very much like a phone in how it functions. when some one
adds you to their contact list, that confirmation thing so you can say OK
sometimes takes a long time to get to you, I often add them too when they
add me that way it goes smoother.

Well If you want to talk to sumbody, they have to say okay first as I get
it.  I also can't remember what you do to talk?  Not the control key I
guess.
