I agree that the state of amateur radio material is abismal.  However, the
study material is not that bad.  What I refer to is the more technical
publications like the antenna book and the handbook.
I will  be glad to help with a campaign.  I believe that the ARRL should
provide all their pubs in accessible form.  Personally, I am trying to
learn enough electronics to get by, but texts are impossible to find.

If anyone has any leads I sure would be glad to hear about them.

I will be starting a project to convert all the project circuit
descriptions from qst 1980 to the present to electronic text during this
summer.
I want to start a site like icanworkthisthing.com, "icanbuildthisthing.com.
If anyone would like to help, please step up to the plate.
