U.S. Department of Justice Wants Assistance Identifying Successful Mental
Health Courts

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) / Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA)
would like help identifying the elements that make a mental health court
successful. In order to collect the various thoughts, BJA and its technical
assistance provider the Consensus Project have established an online
discussion forum. The comments will be posted online and used to revise a
draft version of the document, "The Essential Elements of a Mental Health
