Strek's Bakery out of Canada, makes a wonderful Italian bread and a good
Sandwich bread. Both look like real bread and do not have to be frozen,
only refrigerated.  The texture is real and it does not crumble.

Unfortunately it cannot be ordered direct. It is only sold and shipped to
retailers.

We found ours at Water to Go which is a franchise or chain store.

I have no commercial interest in either Strek's or Water to Go.
