Avoid rice pilaf!
Stuffed grape leaves are gluten-free and I believe mousaka is too (an
eggplant dish). They make all kinds of shish-kabobs too and in that
case you just need to inquire about the ingredients of the marinating sauce.
Humous should be gluten-free as well. (ground chick-peas)
