On Sat., Dec. 11th, there will be a gluten-free food
demonstration at the Stress-Less Gourmet,
15203 Pearl Rd. in Strongsville, at 11 a.m.  Connie
Sarros, author of 4 gluten-free cookbooks, will be
giving hints on baking for the holidays and she will be
demonstrating simple foods kids can make while they
are on their holiday break.  There is no charge, but
reservations are recommended.  For more information,
