North Texas GIG's support group meeting will be held this Saturday, March
5 at HEB Hospital, 1600 Hospital Parkway, Bedford, TX 76022.

The Celiac 101 class begins at 9:00 am. This three hour class is an
extensive introduction to the gluten free diet and is lead by celiac
experts who are members of North Texas GIG and is intended for those newly
diagnosed. There is no cost to attend.

Our regular support group meeting begins at 10:00am.  We will hear
important updates about the "Making Tracks for Celiacs" event we will have
May 14, 2005. Our program will be the video presentation made by Dr.
Michelle Pietzak at the National Institutes of Health Concensus Conference
on Celiac Disease. Dr. Pietzak is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist, and the
Director, Center for Celiac Research-West.

Laura Strain, of Delicious & Fit, located in Plano, TX, will be attending
to talk briefly about her store and will bring some samples of gluten free
