I just purchased some Kosher for Passover products. They were labeled
Non-Gebrokts which I believe means they are gluten free. I just tried
one of the cheesecakes, and it tasted too good to be GF so I'm just
double checking that I have my information correct. The company was
Frankel's Homestyle and it was a Passover Cheesecake. Could you please
let me know if I'm correct in assuming that the statement Non-Gebrokts
means GF.? I checked the archives, and some said this was correct and
others said you still needed to check. Thanks, and I will summarize.
