Might as well enjoy a totally decadent dessert now and then. Here is a great one

Cholcolate Decadence

Ruby Range Chocolate Truffle Cake Mix (you can't imagine how many people who eat wheat buy this because it is so good)

Top each piece of cake with ice cream of choice and gluten free hot fudge sauce.

Hot Fudge Sauce Recipe

4 oz unsweetened chocolate

¾ cup EcoNatural Solutions Organic Cocoa Mix (the Tangerine or Cherry add a special hit to this sauce - yummy)

1 Tablespoon Ruby Range Basic Mix

1 1 /2 cup sugar

1 cup heavy or whipping cream

1 Tablespoon butter

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, stirring often. Whisk in the cocoa until it is dissolved.

Mix sugar and 1 Tablespoon Ruby Range Basic Mix. Slowly add sugar mixture, stirring constantly . At this time it will be grainy looking. Gradually stir in cream. Continue cooking in the double boiler for 30 minutes stirring often. Stir in butter. Be sure water doesn't run low. Cook until the sugar is dissolved and texture is smooth and thick.

Enjoy all the Ruby Range Mixes
