I too have tried some of the Whole foods GF baked goods. Most of what I
tried I liked (Although I make a better apple pie). I agree that there is
certainly a problem with the mold thing. They need to put a note on each
package that they should be frozen immediately. I bought corn bread that
went moldy before the expiration date on the package and before I even
opened the heat-sealed plastic wrap. That was very disappointing. Does
anyone know how to get in touch with them so we can provide them with
constructive (yet encouraging) feedback??
