Hi Jeff,

I haven't listened to any 220 traffic here, but I think that UPS is the
company that petitioned the FCC to use the 220-222mhz band for a
national communications system.

In my area so far I have just heard a transportation service, but nothing
else.  Since I don't use this service I don't see it as being something
worth spending the money on to trunktrack it.  I think that there are
other users, but I was really surprised to find something on VHF and a
trunking system using SSB.
