Hi, Everyone.
I hope someone can help. I am using a HP 5200 scanner with perscision scan.
I am trying to scan some music using the sharp Eye two program from dancing
dots. When I go into my perscision scan program I get a message saying that
another application is using my scanner and I have to wait for that program
to close. I thought the problem was in that I had Openbook 5.0 and Kurzweil
1000 on my system. I have since uninstalled both and I still have the
problem. I can not repair the prescision scan software just uninstall it.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
