Hello, am running two machines with identical software, OS XP Professional, one is a Dell PC, the other is a machine I had built. When I connect to the internet with the machine I had built, I connect at 48k-52k.  When I connect to the internet with the Dell, connection rate is only 24k-28k.  I use the same line for both machines.  Could someone help me please?  Do I have modem problems??
