Looks like this is a chapter in a book entitled Changing Features of Coeliac
Disease published by the Finnish Coeliac Society in 1998.  According to
WorldCat, there is only one library copy owned--Helsinki University Library.
  You could put in a request through your local library's interlibrary loan
service for a copy of those pages (p. 67 - 72).
