Eat delicious sea veggies.  I eat nori, dulse and kelp or arame on a daily
basis.  I wrap fish or meat in nori sheets for a quick, easy meal.  Dulse
is delicious and chewy straight from the bag.  Kelp and arame are wonderful
added to homeade soups or salads.
