For those of you who know, or for those who have been through the process.
Is it advisable to fill out the Disability Report on line? I wanted to have
as much done before my appointment next Wednesday. Since I'm filing on
blindness, not a medical issue, is there something different I should be
filling out? I've not gone through this process before. Thanks for any help.
