Phil,
If it were up to us, we'd send him packing. That may sound harsh, but
we're sick of the stress. It's the state, and everybody else on the team
that is holding him here. What a shock when we found out that he would be
released to us after being told for two weeks that he probably wouldn't be
allowed to come home at all. Some people are speculating that having Chris
come home was the cheapest solution and with Maine in the financial crunch
that it is in at present, I can believe it. Even though the court is
insisting that he get personal therapy, it looks like we may have to pay
for it, or at least our insurance while we kick in the coe-pay. Of course,
we have to mind our Ps and Qs to continue to demonstrate that we are doing
all we can so as not to be held in contempt. I have 159 more days of
this to struggle through. But then, God can still work miracles.
