Hi guys,
Well, Chris is spending all of his time at his girl friend's house and,
for the sake of piece, we've decided to let him. I think that, of all of
us, Liz is the most hurt that for his first night of freedom, chris chose
to be with her instead of his family, but if we had forced him to stay
home, it would have just been an evening of stress and I'm sick of it. I
think that we all are, all except Chris that is.
Greg and I had a minute to look through the things that he brought home
from detention this morning. All of his girl friend's letters were there;
none of ours. That hurts. Chris took the bus to her house again today
from school.
He does want to visit the church that the prison chaplain attends, this
Sunday so Greg is planning on taking him there for the evening
service. The chaplain is also willing to continue to meet with
Chris. Right now, Chris is also interested, but this obssession over Nicki
gets in the way of a lot of good thinking. He's still rude, but he knows
that we can send him back with just a phone call, so, maybe, that will give
him at least some pause.
God bless,
Kathy
