Amy,

Sandy and I have the 6100 and we have found out that you can download the
pdf version of the manual for the phone on the Verizon website.  Our son is
going to download it and convert it to standard text for us because I have
discovered the manual for the 4500 cell phone is different in several areas
compared to the 6100 model.
