Phil,

I'm praying for your bacement. Some times it takes long down spouts to keep
the water away from the house. We have the same problem here, with trying
to keep the water away from the house, but we don't have a wet bacement. We
really had that problem in Manchester.

You guys always get a big snow storm in the spring! <grin> I wonder if that
snow is very squeezable? lol.
