The doctor came in a couple of hours ago and talked with the family. He
explained to Jennifer all they would do to resuscitate her and that she was
nearly at that time. Jennifer said, although she has very little strength
to even talk, not to mention to breathe, that she wanted to sign the papers
not to do anything. He told George privately that watching someone die by
not being able to get enough breath into their lungs is not pretty to watch
so he told George just to do the best that he can with it and let the Lord
do what He came to do. Vivian left the room when her daughter signed the
papers but return about an hour later. George said he was just going to sit
with their daughter until she died now. He said he would try and talk to
his wife but she hasn't been talking with him so he doubts she will now.
George had to ask me what to do about the funeral arrangements and the costs
involved since they only have the money to live on that was given to them
until he can get back to work. Unfortunately, he is a lone duck in the pond
now and is all by himself and is about to lose his only daughter unless
Jesus has other plans. He may lose his wife, too, if she keeps good on her
threat.

Phil.
