Actually I'm not a expert in this area, but the dental program at the
University of Minnesota wasn't the only thing cut throughout the state.
According to my personal knowledge (and I could be wrong, but I'm pretty
sure I'm right), but they wouldn't have had to do any cutting if it wasn't
for Jessie Ventura giving out rebates year after year, and the state was
basically broke that required for some serious house cleaning. The clean-up
duty fell on Tim Pawlenty's shoulders, and believe me he was a unpopular man
for a couple of months until people began realizing that he only did what he
had to do, and Minnesota is almost back on track thanks to him.

Thanks,
Anthony
