you make good points linda. we do need to be into
alturnatives. we need to be into wind, solar, nuclear,
hydrogen engines. we need to be in the hybrids market.
we need to conserve. that being said, we also need to
be into drilling for our own oil, we need to be into
clean ways to burn coal. we need to be into oil from
shale. it is estimated that oil shale in colorado and
i think wyoming could produce more oil than saudi
arabia.
many of these are oppsed by the political left. and as
we see in the case of off the coast of nantuckett,
they oppose wind farms when they are near to them.
people like john kennedy jr. critisize americans
driving suvs, but, then fly around in private jets
instead of flying commercially. really committed to
the cause. but i stray from the subject there. we
cannot just abandon oil before we get the alturnatives
in place.
