Hi Fred.
I am a little perplexed that a partial reset didn't cure your problem. The
difference between a partial reset and a full one is that the partial one
does not clear your memories or your menu settings. I guess I'm not
completely clear from your description what is happening. However, the one
time I had to do a reset on my TS2000S, it really went right back to the
way it was when I pulled it out of the box.
