Their were a series of posts complaining about sum of the ts480 and
ts480 HX radios having lower output power than expected or
advertised.  They were compared with similar rigs running the same
power.  The carrier outputs were fine, but for example, I get a peek
output reading of 40 watts, while I get 65 out of my Omni D, both 100
watt radios.  Using the same input signal.  Not all radios have this issue.
