Can't say what sort of activation Tiger has, but as for how to tell
about pirated stuff...well, there's no foolproof way, of course,
but...well, read the description very carefully. Many times it's
obvious what you're getting if you read the details carefully. Also,
check feedback ratings of eBay sellers. It's common sense stuff.
