off topic, colapsed messages

All of a sudden, I have been getting this message about certain threads
being collapsed, and when I delete a message that is in one of those, it
says all messages in the selected collapsed folder will also be deleted.  I
never turned that compression enabling feature in Outlook Express that I
know of.  How do I get rid of this message?
